IN APP DIAGNOSTICS

This section will guide the user through the diagnostics tab in the app. Here you can check the input, output voltage of the charger, temperature, allowed current and meter readings. To access it open the Teltonika Energy app and after connecting to the charger we can see settings menu.

Live data from charger

  • Charging type: shows if the charge is on 1 phase or 3 phase mode.
  • Temperature: current temperature of the EVC.
  • Phase used: if the EV is charging on 1 phase, then it will show which phase is used for the charge.
  • Max allowed current: Shows what is the maximum allowed current per phase is at the moment.
  • Current limit factor: Shows what is the limiting factor of power used for charging. Factors that could limit current can range from cable to load balancing limits.
  • Input and output voltage: shows live voltage readings for both input and output for each phase. Values should be close to the users grid configuration - lower or no voltage on a phase might indicate a problem.
