No. Question Answer
1. Why do I need NFC card? NFC card is used to authorise user and unlock charger. If authorization is turned off user does not need to use NFC card.
2. How to add/remove NFC cards/tags? NFC cards and tags need to be added separately via application. Go to Settings → Click on: Add new card. After naming a new card and tag user has to touch NFC card and tag to the side of the EV charger.

NOTE: NFC cards and tags have different codes this is why it needs to be added separately.

3. Are the NFC cards/tags included in the package? We provide 1 NFC tag and 1 NFC card with the charger, also there will be possibility to buy cards separately.
4. Can I use my own NFC card? Yes, but NFC card needs to meet the following requirements:
  • ISO 14443 A
  • UID max size 10 bytes
  • 13.56MHz
5. How many NFC cards can be paired with TeltoCharge? TeltoCharge can store ~100 NFC cards inside its memory. If a charger is connected to any cloud management server, the number depends on the server.
