| 1. | Why do I need NFC card? | NFC card is used to authorise user and unlock charger. If authorization is turned off user do not need to use NFC card. |
| 2. | How to add/remove NFC cards/tags? | NFC cards/tags can be added via application. Go to settings > Add new card. After naming a new card/tag user have to touch NFC card/tag to the side of the charger. |
| 3. | Are the NFC cards/tags included in the package? | We provide 1 NFC tag and 1 NFC card with the charger, also there will be possibility to buy cards separately. |
| 4. | Can I use my own NFC card? | Yes, but NFC card's has got requirements:

| 5. | How many NFC cards can be paired with TeltoCharge? | TeltoCharge can store ~100 NFC cards inside its memory. If charger is connected to any cloud management server, number depends on the server. |
