LED idle modes
The LED Idle Modes feature lets you customize how the charger’s LED lights behave when it is not in use. You can choose between three modes to suit your environment or preferences.
Available modes
| Mode | Description |
| Normal | Default setting. White LEDs softly pulse at medium brightness when the charger is idle. |
| Sleep | LEDs automatically dim after 5 minutes of inactivity to reduce brightness. |
| Off | All LEDs turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity. Warnings and errors are still indicated through specific LEDs and sound alerts. |
How to change the modes

📱 Mobile App:
Go to Personalisation → LED idle mode, and select your preferred option.
🌐 OCPP: Use the dedicated configuration key (see TeltoCharge OCPP documentation for details).
Behavior in "Off" Mode

Even when LEDs are off, critical alerts are still visible:
| Condition | Indicator |
| Idle | All LEDs OFF |
| ⚠️ Warning | Top orange LED lights up |
| ❌ Error | Red LED + sound alert |
Normal LED behavior resumes when a charging session is started or a card is swiped.
