Configuring the meter in the mobile application
Note: Users can use two meters with different addresses. Additionally, there will be settings for these energy meters in the installer menu (these settings are the same for both energy meters).
1. Make sure your charger firmware and application are updated to the latest version. (←Release notes: Firmware and iOS / Android).
2. Enter the Installer menu, select Load Balancing, then Modbus RTU.
3. If the charger does not recognize the meter, go to Manual Setup to use a device preset or enter the settings from the RS485 parameters table manually.
Once the meter is successfully configured, press Connect. You will receive a confirmation screen and its status will change to "Connected".
For detailed settings, refer to the energy meter's official documentation.
