Quick Start

Follow these steps to begin charging your electric vehicle:
1. Plug the charging cable into the charger.
2. Plug the other end into your vehicle.
3. Authorize charging using:

  • the mobile app, or
  • an NFC card (if enabled).

4. Charging will start automatically in 10 minutes randomized time.

You can monitor charging progress and history in the Powerverse APP.

How to Start Charging

Method 1 – Powerverse App

  • Open the Powerverse mobile app .
  • Select your charger.
  • Press Start Charging.
  • Charging will begin automatically in 10 minutes randomized time.

Method 2 – NFC Card (if enabled)

  • Plug in the cable.
  • Tap your NFC card on the charger.
  • Charging will begin automatically in 10 minutes randomized time.

How to Stop Charging

  • Stop charging in the mobile app, or
  • Tap your NFC card, or
  • Unlock your car (depending on vehicle).

Understanding Charger LED Indicators

STATUS INDICATIONS

Charger is booting up. Charger is ready for charging. Waiting for authorization (NFC or app). Waiting for vehicle to start charging. Charging in progress. Charging completed. Charging paused (schedule or power limit). Authorization failed or charger error.
Authorize using the mobile app or NFC card. Plug in the vehicle to begin charging. Wait for scheduled time or available power. Try again or contact your installer/support.

Troubleshooting

Power supply problem detected. Charging could not start normally. Safety protection has stopped charging. Charger can't communicate with EV. Charger temperature is too high. Unexpected charger issue. What you can try
  • Too high or too low voltage from your power supply.
  • If the problem continues, contact your installer or support.
  • Disconnect the cable from the vehicle.
  • Reconnect the cable and try charging again.
  • Disconnect the cable from the vehicle.
  • Check that the cable is clean and not damaged.
  • Try charging again.
  • Disconnect the cable from the vehicle.
  • Reconnect the cable and try charging again.
  • Wait until the charger cools down.
  • Try charging again after a few minutes.
  • Restart the charger.
  • If the issue persists, contact installer or support.
  • Reconnect the charging cable to the vehicle.
  • Ensure the connector is fully inserted.
  • Check the mobile app for additional information.
