CONTROL PORTAL
The Control Portal allows for remote control and configuration of Teltonika EV chargers. This page details the Portal's structure and the tools available for efficient deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting of Internet-connected chargers.
NAVIGATING THE PORTAL
Home
The Home tab includes a charger location map and lists a user's chargers and their details, which include:
- Name - its serial number
- Status - whether the charger has internet connection
- Owner name - the company the charger is attached to
- Updated - last time the charger information was updated
- Label - customizable label to tell the chargers apart more easily.
Users may use the search field found in the top right to search for chargers based on Name, Status, Owner name or Label, or sort the list via any of the columns.
