IN APP DIAGNOSTICS
This section will guide the user through the diagnostics tab in the app. Here you can check the input, output voltage of the charger, temperature, allowed current and meter readings.
To access it open the Teltonika Energy App and after connecting to the charger we can see settings menu.
Live data from charger
- Charging type: displays whether the charger is operating in single-phase or three-phase mode.
- Temperature: displays the internal operating temperature of the EV Charger.
- Phase used: specifies which electrical phase (L1, L2, or L3) is active while charging on single-phase.
- Max allowed current: shows what the maximum allowed current per phase is at the moment.
- Current limit factor: identifies what is currently limiting the charging power. Limiting factors can include the EV's request, cable capacity, dynamic load balancing.
- Input and output voltage: shows live voltage readings for both input and output for each phase. Values should be close to the users grid configuration - lower or no voltage on a phase might indicate a problem.
Live data from energy meter
- Import from grid: displays the real-time energy being used in the grid measured by the meter.
- Export to grid: displays real-time surplus solar energy being exported back to the electrical grid.
