  2. Once you are happy with the displayed settings, press "Export" to generate and download the settings file.

  4. Save the settings to apply the imported values.

Troubleshoot & Diagnostic File

Pressing "Troubleshoot" collects logs from the charger and generates a diagnostic file which can be found by pressing the Diagnostic file button. Please attach this file when reaching out to technical support.

NAVIGATING THE PORTAL

Home

The Home tab includes a charger location map and lists a user's chargers and their details, which include:

  • Name - its serial number
  • Status - whether the charger has internet connection
  • Status updated - last time the charger information was updated
  • Owner name - the company the charger is attached to
  • Label - customizable label to tell the chargers apart more easily.

Status meanings:

  • Active - currently charging
  • Available - online, ready to start a charging session
  • Offline - charger has no internet connection
  • Faulted - an error has occurred and needs further attention

Users may use the search field found in the top right to search for chargers based on Name, Status, Owner name or Label, or sort the list by any of the columns.

Alarm List

Page used to view and manage all warnings coming from the EV chargers available to the user. Users are able to filter and sort warnings to streamline fleet troubleshooting.

Dashboards

By default, the Dashboards tab contains the News and the Terms of Service pages, as well as the dashboards based on the hierarchy tree. The Distributor is able to view all their devices, while installers may only view those belonging to their company (customer).

You may delete your user account by navigating to Dashboards and Terms of Service.

Customers

Users are individual accounts assigned to a company, called a Customer. The Customer page exists to view said companies and users under them.

Users

Lists all users, allows viewing them in groups and editing their details, as well as creating new user accounts.
