| 1. | Why do I need an NFC card? | NFC cards are used to authorize users and unlock chargers. If authorization is turned off the user does not need to use an NFC card. |
| 2. | How to add/remove NFC cards/tags? | NFC cards and tags need to be added separately via the application. Go to Settings → Click on: Add new card. After naming a new card and tag user has to touch the NFC card and tag to the side of the EV charger.
